Dr. Valeria Breiten sees scheduled patients Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Our receptionist in the office answering the phone from on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a break for lunch. Other times leave a message or email us and we will get back to you.
The clinic is easily accessible from Ahwatukee, Casa Grande, Gilbert, Maricopa, Mesa, Phoenix, Sun Lakes Tempe, and Queen Creek from the three nearby freeways, Interstate 10, the southern portion of Loop 202 and the Price 101 freeway.
Directions to clinic:
- The office building faces right on Chandler Boulevard. The address is 4035 Chandler, Suite 1. The sign on the building says SW Holistic Care.
- 101 freeway traveling South, exit at Price Road, Left at Chandler Boulevard to McClintock Drive. The office is on the southwest corner of Chandler and McClintock. Turn left at the light and then right into the office complex.
- From the southeast valley on the Southern loop of the 202 freeway travel west, Exit at Price Road. Go past the Chandler mall and turn left on Chandler Boulevard. Travel West on Chandler Boulevard one mile to McClintock Drive. The office is on the left, on the Southwest corner of Chandler and McClintock.
- From the West Valley take Interstate 10 travelling south. Exit Chandler Boulevard, travel 3.5 miles and office will be on right. Turn in just before McClintock Drive light.
- From Ahwatukee, go East on Pecos road, then continue on the 202 freeway. Exit at McClintock Drive and go North one mile. The office is on left on the Southwest corner of Chandler and McClintock. Turn into the complex before the light.
- From our old Warner office: Head west on W. Warner Road. Turn left at S. McClintock Drive and after crossing Chandler Blvd, turn right into the office complex.
