Dr. Valeria's office

is at PoliMedicus Natural Medicine clinic including:   

Dr. Valeria sees scheduled patients Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.   To download new patient forms click here.

The receptionist is in the office answering the phone from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a break for lunch.  Other times leave a message or email us and we will get back to you.

• WARNER OFFICE DIRECTIONS:       

• 1.  From the 101, Price Freeway, Exit at Warner Road                                 

• 2.  Go East on Warner and travel one and a half miles (past Dobson Road)

• 3.  The Warner Professional medical  complex is on the right before the Animal Medical Hospital and Alma School Road.   Parking is around the perimeter and the office entrance is from the courtyard.
